• Dress Code

• We ask that all presenters dress in smart casual or business attire throughout the conference.

• Attending Conference Events

• Panelists are expected to participate actively in the entire conference by attending all conference events, panels, workshops, and receptions.

• Inviting Guests and Conference Observers

• Panelists are welcome to invite guests to attend the workshops and to observe the panel presentations. However, we are arranging catering to reflect the number of participants and some pre-registered guests. If you will be bringing guests to the conference please clear this with the conference committee as early as possible. 

• Canceling Your Participation

• If you are unable to participate in the conference, please notify us as soon as possible.
