booked 3 rooms at the Carey Centre for non-UBC and non-UW students. Since we
are starting first thing on Saturday morning, we have booked your rooms for Friday and Saturday
in anticipation of your early arrival. If you wish to stay in Vancouver on Sunday night, you will
need to fund this yourself. A separate email has been sent to the students concerning your
reservation number and roommates. Please have this information available when checking in.
You will also need to record this on your Customs and Entry Card when entering Canada.
Students at UW are encouraged to seek funding directly from UW and The Jackson School. UBC students are expected to make there own arrangements.
